I visited more than 60 countries in 25 years

The office was based at Tricorn House in Birmingham back in 1980 and there were only about 16 people working for the UK. We were in constant contact with our colleagues in Veghel, many visiting and working in the UK on a regular basis. After Tricorn House we moved to Hampton-in-Arden where we were for 20 years, and then moved to Knight’s Court where the Birmingham office is based today.
One of my favourite memories was celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary when we were all flown to The Netherlands for an amazing party in Veghel.
My proudest moment was when a conference room at Knight’s Court was named after me when the office was refurbished. I was so overwhelmed and proud.
I’ve seen Vanderlande go from strength to strength over the years and wish the company well for the future.
