I have grown professionally and personally in this amazing organization. When I joined Vanderlande India, we had no more than 100 employees and now we are more than 1000. It was an amazing journey with lots of fun. I worked hard and achieved so many personal and professional milestones. I got married in 2015 and almost all of my colleagues (my extended family) attended my wedding. Only those who were on site missed the fun 😉
I also had the opportunity to showcase other talents such as dancing, cooking and managing events. I participated in the annual Day of VOICE in 2015 and performed in various songs and felt like a celebrity.
The best part was when my daughter (6.5 years old) visited the office during the Children’s Day celebration and fell in love with the company.
I was lucky to get the “Best Employee of the Quarter Award” and in VOICE I am the first with whom it started 🙂
I am proud to say that on May 10, 2024, I will complete 11 years in this wonderful organization and many more to celebrate 🙂
